As The Catalyst COO, I provide fractional COO services to help small and growing businesses run more smoothly, improve profitability, and scale without chaos. I work with business owners to improve business functions, streamline processes, manage finances more effectively, and implement systems that support growth – all without the cost of a full-time executive.
I am a career management consultant and has been in leadership roles in sales, operations, and technology at organizations such as Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. I also served as the Chief Digital Officer at Synovus Bank where I led the digital transformation of the bank. More recently, I was the Chief Operating Officer at PT Zen Jiwa Raga, a hospitality management firm based in Bali, Indonesia where I was responsible for leading day-to-day business operations as well as helping scale the company through process optimization, automation, and various sales and expansion initiatives.
